We hope you will join us each Sunday leading up to Christmas as we worship at Double Oak Community Church-Mt Laurel Campus! Our normal service times are 9 am and 10:45 am each Sunday morning. Below we have some special service times and ministry arrangements as we make plans to celebrate TOGETHER during this special season!

BIG Sunday – Christmas Edition
Special Guest – Catherine Conrad Waters, Author of “’Twas the Night That Began Christmas”

We have a BIG Sunday planned for your kids! This Sunday will be different. It will be BIG. For the “Christmas Edition” of BIG Sunday we will have a guest speaker and author, Catherine Conrad Waters, speaking in Kids Worship in both the 9:00 and 10:45 service. Catherine is a member at Double Oak, and has written a book for kids called, “’Twas the Night That Began Christmas.” This is a great children’s book that follows the familiar rhyme and verse of “Twas the Night Before Christmas”, but with biblical truths from the first Christmas to the Second Coming. Kids Community Groups will also feature special Christmas projects and activities to highlight the story of Jesus’ birth.
Christmas Celebration

Join us a Double Oak Community Church in Mt Laurel for a special musical CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION on December 14th at 7 pm.
This will be a family-friendly show featuring some of your favorite songs and sounds of the season as well as costumes, audience interaction, special lighting, performances by adults and children and more! James Spann will be our emcee for the evening and Chris Adams and Jennifer Fancher will be our featured guest singers! They will be joined our special and talented 20-person vocal group and several soloists from our church as well as the Double Oak Band! It will be a special evening for all ages that you will not want to miss! Join us as we tap into the desire everybody gets around Christmas for a return to the “magical” feelings of Christmas we had as kids.
The show will be approximately 75-85 minutes in length.
This is a family-friendly event so childcare will not be available.
Seats will be issued on a first-come, first serve basis.
One of the great traditions we have at Double Oak is celebrating the birth of Jesus through our Sunday morning Christmas services. Kids in Grades K-5 will rehearse together on Wednesdays, November 1, November 8 & November 15 to learn the music. Rehearsal will be held in the Kids Worship Room from 6:30-7:30 PM.
There will be an extra rehearsal on Wednesday night, November 29 so that we can rehearse the candlelight procession. It will be important for your child to attend rehearsal in order to participate.
Sunday, December 3rd, we will sing in both the 9:00 and 10:45 services.
We would love to have your child participate with us in this special Advent service. Put it on your calendar and invite your family and friends to attend. It will be a beautiful service that will help focus your family on Jesus this Christmas!
