HIGH SCHOOL MINISTRY 9TH-12TH

At Double Oak HSM we believe that every student is created by God, loved by God, and has a God-given purpose. We love students where they are and come alongside them to help them grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. We are committed to walking alongside High School students inviting them into discipleship relationships with volunteer leaders where they are both encouraged and equipped to own their faith and become life-long faithful disciple-makers.

Through weekly gatherings, small groups, serving opportunities, and special events, we aim to partner with parents in discipling students during these pivotal years.

SUNDAY MORNINGS | 9 AM

HIGH SCHOOL WILL MEET IN THE STUDENT WORSHIP ROOM UPSTAIRS IN THE COMMUNITY BUILDING

High School Students meet in a large group gathering followed by small groups where students engage with Scripture through Biblical teaching, and deep discussions with adult leaders who are committed to knowing and loving our students. Our time together will be formative, helping students find common ground in a safe environment to wrestle with their faith, so they are better prepared to interact with the ever-changing ways of the world.

We encourage ALL of our students to join the rest of our congregation for our 10:45 AM Worship Service in the main Worship Room!

MidWeek | WEDNESDAY NIGHTS 6:15 PM - 7:30 PM

HIGH SCHOOL WILL BEGIN IN THE COMMUNITY BUILDING & TRANSITION TO HOST HOMES

High School students meet in age and gender-specific community groups, led by consistent adult leaders who are committed to building relationships with them. Each Wednesday we will begin our evening in the Community Building and then transition to host homes nearby in the Mt Laurel Community for our gender-specific community groups. This small-group setting builds trust, fosters spiritual growth, and helps students form Christ-centered relationships while hearing diverse, godly voices that point them to Jesus.
