We are excited for another great year of VBS at Double Oak Community Church! VBS is offered for kids ENTERING 1st-6th grades, June 8-12, 9 AM -12 PM daily. VBS is FREE (an optional $10 t-shirt will be available for purchase). Each day EVERYONE will enjoy a high-energy worship experience with Mr. James and his crew!

STUDENTS entering 6th grade will participate in a separate track designed especially for them called LIVE IT OUT! We know this is unique time in the life of your child as they transition to Middle School ministry. This is a great opportunity to experience what is to come!

KIDS entering 1st-5th grades will explore our RAINFOREST FALLS VBS experience and also enjoy crafts, Bible Study and much more. At Double Oak we value small crews with dedicated leaders—we love making personal connections with your children! Dates and times are the same for both of these VBS experiences, so whether you have a rising 1st grader or a rising 6th grader (or both) all of the times will be the same! We are excited to offer this unique faith-filled experience for your kids.

Chelsea VBS 2024

VBS 2024 at Double Oak Community Church in Chelsea is June 10-13 from 9 am-noon! VBS is for kids who will have just finished Kindergarten-5th grade, though we will have preschool only for volunteers’ kids.

On June 9th from 5-6:30 pm we'll have Family Preview Night where you can pick up your child's t-shirt, find out which Crew they're in, and get your check-out information. Then the whole family will get to worship together as we experience a few of the things that will happen each day at VBS! Taking advantage of this will make your Monday morning much faster and easier!

9 AM - NOON DAILY

Join us June 12-15 from 9 am-noon for Stellar VBS! Kids who are currently completing Kindergarten-5th grade are invited to participate each day as we learn about the light of Jesus’ love and salvation and how we can spread that light throughout the world. We welcome volunteers as young as those currently in 6th grade. We will have a Preschool Track for VBS Volunteers only. T-shirts are $10 for participants and free for volunteers. Students entering sixth grade will participate in a separate track designed especially for them! VBS is FREE (an optional $10 t-shirt will be available for purchase). Online registration has closed. Please download the registration form below, fill it out and bring it with you when you come to VBS. You can come to Parent Preview Night on Sunday, June 12th at 5:00 PM, or bring it Monday morning before 9:00 AM. We look forward to seeing you then!

Don’t forget Parent Preview Night! On Sunday evening, June 12 at 5:30 PM, we give a "preview" of all the antics Mr. James and his crew dreamed up for this year. We meet in the worship room for about an hour, then everyone will have free Kona Ice! At Parent Preview night you can go ahead and get your crew assignments, your T-shirt and your Pick Up Pass, and have a jump start for Monday morning! Doors open at 5 PM – Program starts at 5:30 PM.
