GriefShare Grief & Loss Support Group is open to anyone who has lost a loved one to death and is still struggling with navigating the grief process.

Feeling angry or full of regret? 
Are you depressed and wondering how to heal? 
Do you walk around in a mental fog? 

All this is normal. And while your grief journey is unique, you’ll find many grieving people are facing the same struggles. Others who’ve gone through this journey before before can offer help. Come join this group of others who are learning to take the next steps in life through this grieving process.

GriefShare Grief & Loss Support Group will start (13 sessions) on Monday, October 7th. We will meet Mondays, 6 pm - 7:30 pm in the Annex (located on the back of the Community Building). There will be some holiday Mondays that we will not meet (12/23 & 12/30), so our group will meet until Monday, January 12th.
