Missions is not just about making long trips. It is about feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, housing the homeless and visiting the lonely in our community and around the world. It is about conveying to the world that the ultimate expression of love is found not in what we give them, but what God has given to all of us in His Son, Jesus Christ.

Seeks to minister to the financially, emotionally, and spiritually impoverished men in the central Alabama area and offers two residential programs to accomplish this goal.
First Priority of Alabama*
Conducts campus ministry in public schools across Birmingham by equipping students to share the hope of Jesus Christ to their peers.
Hearts in Hand, Inc.*
Shares God's grace and shows God's love by serving the community. This includes low-income homeowners in Jefferson and Shelby County, primarily the elderly and disabled, who need assistance to stay safely in their homes.
King’s Home*
Provides Christ-centered homes and services to youth, women and kids seeking refuge, hope and help from domestic violence, neglect, abandonment, homelessness, and other difficult and impoverished conditions and circumstances. A place where compassion resides, where love dwells, and where hope lives through Jesus Christ.

Develops a culture of life where abortion is unnecessary and undesirable in Shelby County while offering the hope of the Gospel and support for women in their time of need.
Shelby Baptist Association - Church & Community Ministries*
Shelby Baptist Association’s Hunger Ministry provides food, baby food, diapers (baby and adult), household cleaning supplies, personal hygiene and feminine hygiene products to families in crisis.
Elisha St. James, Pastor of Church United*
New church plant in Oneonta, AL – focuses on impacting communities through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
