WE HAVE HAD UPDATES TO OUR CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY IN CHILDREN’S MINISTRY! Please review before Sunday.

DOUBLE OAK KIDS-CHILDREN’S MINISTRY UPDATE: All Kindergarten–5th grade children will be required to be checked in and checked out by a parent/guardian. Children will not be released on their own or allowed to check out by siblings.

When you check in, your child will receive a name tag to wear, and you will receive a matching security tag. Please keep your security tag with you during the service. At pickup, present your security tag to a DOCC Kids staff member or volunteer before your child is released. If you have lost your security tag the Ministry Lead will be able to release your child. 

On Sunday mornings, all children are picked up from the Kids Worship Room. To help keep our hallways safe and the pickup process running smoothly, we ask parents to form the pickup line beginning at the first Kids Worship Room door.

On Wednesday evenings, children in Kindergarten and 1st Grade should be picked up from Room 209. Children in 2nd–5th Grade should be picked up from the Kids Worship Room.

It is helpful for both Preschool Ministry & Children’s Ministry to send one parent or adult guardian for Check-Out.
