We had initially not planned to have any activities on Maundy Thursday.  But we heard from a lot of you who wanted to be able to somehow commune together so we’ve added a new experience.  This Thursday at 7pm we will be broadcasting a live event on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.  During this broadcast we’ll have a couple songs of worship and then be led through communion.  It will last about 20 minutes. If you aren’t already signed into one of these accounts you can find that information below.

Sadly, we can’t serve you in person.  But you can participate with all of us as we practice communion together at the same time from our homes. Many of us may already have bread and juice that can be used as elements during this event.  But if you don’t have these items already, use what you have.  These are unusual times and we can make exceptions where needed.  The goal is to be reverent and to commune with the Lord and with one another.

If you can’t join us live the video will be available afterwards so you can participate later.  But I would encourage you to join in with the rest of us at 7pm if possible.  Again, I wish we could be together. But let’s use technology to commune how we can as we continue our celebration of Holy Week.  I hope to see you then!
